Healthline has pointed out that a review of previous surveys shows that insomnia may not multiplication your risk of dying, but other sleep professionals disagree with the findings.

“If they took into consideration the time-to-event phase in their meta-analysis, ” said Parthasarathy, “they would have found that persistent insomnia scooted demise — started premature death — even in fully adjusted models.”
